How Concept Six can help

I am an IT Service Management Consultant with over 14 years’ experience; I specialise in optimising service delivery and implementing efficient IT processes. My expertise lies in transforming underperforming services and leading teams to achieve measurable improvements in quality and customer satisfaction.

In the charity sector, where resources are precious, I can help organisations streamline operations, reduce manual workload through automation, and enhance data-driven decision making.

As a professional mentor and creative problem solver, I am passionate about guiding teams through change and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. My approach is collaborative, ensuring that every solution is tailored to the unique needs of each organisation.

I am offering my time on a voluntary basis to help charities strengthen their service delivery frameworks, fully supporting CauseMatcher’s goal of empowering nonprofits through effective partnerships. Let’s connect to discuss how, together, we can drive meaningful and sustainable impact for your cause.

Cause Matcher is a matchmaker. We match charities, non-profits and social causes that need help with businesses and skilled volunteers who want to give it.

How does Cause Matcher work?

Charities tell us what help they need. Businesses tell us what help they can offer. We introduce the best fits and help the partnership grow.

Who can use Cause Matcher?

Any business or skilled volunteer with something to offer, and any charity, non-profit or social cause that needs pro bono help. If that sounds like you, sign up or get in touch.

How do businesses benefit from Cause Matcher?

Working with charities helps you meet your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) goals, and gives your team work they can be proud of. We can also guide you on sharing it on your website and social media.

How are partnerships matched?

We combine our own technology with a human eye. We look at what each charity needs and what each business offers, then introduce the best fit.
