Our platform connects companies and charities/ nonprofits to encourage corporate support for charitable causes. 

By using our website, you agree to the following terms which we may vary at our discretion:

1. Free Service

Our website is free to use for both companies and charities. 

We do not charge any fees for participation.

2. User Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for any content you submit to the website, including but not limited to text, images, links, and other materials. 

You must ensure that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

All parties register to submit their details on our site do so with consent for parties also registered on the site to contact them with a view to facilitating the purpose of our website which is again to match charities and businesses together with a view to enhancing the charities charitable causes; and it is necessary for both parties to contact each other once their details are submitted to our site.

All parties to our website agree that they will not take, use or share data obtained from our website for any purpose other than for contacting the parties listed on our website via our website only with a view to our website’s objective of connecting businesses with charitable organisations with a view to both parties working together on those charitable causes.

3. No Liability for User Content or Actions

We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any user-submitted content. 

We are not liable for any consequences, damages, or disputes arising from the content posted on our platform or from any interactions or agreements made between users.

4. Right to Remove Content and Restrict Access

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content that we deem inappropriate, misleading, illegal, or otherwise harmful. 

We also reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for any user who violates these Terms of Use or engages in misconduct or conduct that in our view is inappropriate either on or off our site activities.

 5. No Guarantees

Our platform seeks to facilitates connections but does not guarantee that companies will support charities or that any partnerships will be successful.

6. Respectful Use

Users must not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activities. 

We reserve the right to remove users who violate this principle.

7. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of any content they submit but grant us permission to display it on our website and to use it to enhance the website and its charitable purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability 

We are not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages resulting from the website content or connections made through our platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.

10. Delete Account
