About Simon on the Streets

Simon on the Streets is an independent charity , delivering outreach on the streets to those rough sleeping, sofa surfing and at risk of homelessness across Leeds and Bradford. We offer unlimited emotional and practical support for homeless and vulnerable people to enable them to achieve their own individual goals and we offer out support to individuals who may not already to be engaging with other services. Our outreach is delivered not only during the day but also in the evening and in the early hours of the morning when many of the most vulnerable people are struggling.
