About York Mind

York Mind is an independent local mental health charity supporting adults, children and young people across York and the surrounding areas. We offer counselling, advocacy, peer support, drop-ins and group support to help people through difficult times. Although we’re affiliated with national Mind, we receive no funding from them - every penny we raise stays local to support our community.
